Winchester – Christmas Lights Chocolate Evening
November 17th, 2016
Being over in the Northern Hemisphere, it is quickly getting colder, the closer we get to Christmas, rather than the warmer temperatures we’re used to. It does mean though that Christmas is a little bit more exciting and Christmassy here because of it. From about halfway through the month of November the Christmas lights are switched on around the country. Winchester’s was a Thursday evening, while we missed them ‘actually being switched on’ (due to working hours and delayed trains) it was pretty to walk down the High Street and see the lights above and the Christmas tree all lit up on the cold black winter’s night.
Chococo Chocolatey Evening
However, we enjoyed the evening out with friends. We’d booked a table at Chococo for a chocolately affair. And it was chocolate heaven.
See the next post for the next stage of our Christmas adventure….
